A good use for potatoes!

Although the US of A has plenty to offer, one thing I really miss about back home is the use of potatoes in nearly every single meal. I hate to fit the stereotype, but I really do love my potatoes! Now, this cannot be said of every Irish person, particularly in my sister’s case (she is not the fondest of spuds), however for most of us, it remains a part of our staple diet; boiled, baked, fried or roasted, it doesn’t matter to us. For an Irish person, to not love our nationally celebrated carbohydrate is almost blasphemous! Although, my favorite use of the potato has got to be in stew. Here, I have attached a recipe for Irish stew with lamb for you to try and experience authentic Irish culinary at its finest! Enjoy!
