We pride ourselves on our customer service, including fast, free shipping and easy, free exchanges and returns on all U.S. orders. Please contact us with any questions on your order!
STANDARD SHIPPING within the U.S. is FREE on all items!
How long after I place the order online will it ship?
All of our inventory is kept in stock at our warehouse, located in South Haven, Michigan. Monday - Friday, our goal is to always ship orders that are received by 2 p.m. Eastern Time the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. will ship the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email stating your order has been received and then a follow up email when it has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include a United States Postal Service tracking number and you can log onto usps.com to get updates.
As you checkout, you will see a "usually ships in" time frame for each product. That date lets you know when it will be available to LEAVE our store. Add "shipping speed" to estimate your delivery timing. PRODUCT SHIP DATE + SHIPPING SPEED = ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE

How do you ship orders?
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred carrier. Unlike most of the other shipping companies, they ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO and along with competitive rates, we can also provide you with tracking numbers for all shipments.
Most standard shipping orders ship via Priority Mail, which in the Continental U.S. typically means a 2 - 4 day delivery time, including delivery on Saturdays. We know it's hard to wait, but we promise it'll be worth it!
Expedited shipping is also available for an additional cost. Items shipped via expedited shipping methods typically arrive within 2 - 3 days in the contiguous U.S.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges are Free for Orders Shipped Within the U.S.!
Your cap or sweater doesn’t fit? No problem! Contact us at 269-906-0387 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a prepaid return shipping label and let us know what size you need to exchange your item for - if available, we will send out a replacement at our cost. If your preferred size is not available, we will offer you some alternatives or issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on orders shipped outside of the U.S. If you need to send an item back for an exchange, you will need to return the item at your cost and then place a new order with us for the replacement item you want.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method, to the Credit Card or PayPal or Amazon Pay account used in the original transaction.

How soon will I receive my refund or exchange?
We will issue a refund within two business days of receiving your item return. Exchanged items will be shipped out according to our shipping policies above, so you should receive your replacement item within a week. If the exchange will take longer than that, we will let you know.
