STANDARD SHIPPING within the US is FREE!
How long after I place the order on-line will it ship?
Please note that we carry all of our inventory in-stock and will ship orders out that arrive by 2 PM EST. You will receive a confirmation email stating your order has been received and then a follow up email when it has been shipped. The tracking number will be in this email and you can log into http://www.usps.com to get updates. Priority Mail in the Continental US typically means a 2-4 business day delivery time which includes delivery on Saturdays. We know it's hard to wait, but we promise it's worth it!
Certain exceptions may be custom ordered (wedding rings or certain jewelry items) from Ireland that have a longer lead time. In the checkout process, you will see a “usually ships in” timeframe for each product. That date lets you know when it will be available to LEAVE our store. Add “shipping speed” to estimate your delivery timing. PRODUCT SHIP DATE + SHIPPING SPEED = ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
Again all in-stock orders received before 2 PM will be sent the same day.

How do you ship orders?
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred carrier. Unlike most of the other shipping companies they ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO. Along with competitive rates we can also provide you with tracking numbers for all shipments. We are open 7 days a week so your order will get attention promptly and we will keep you informed of the order status.
Standard Free Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business Days including Saturday Delivery and PO boxes
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges are Free!
Your cap or sweater doesn’t fit? No problem! Send it back to us with a note about what size you’d like and we will send out a replacement at our cost. We want to keep the process easy, simple and free (please remove the sweater from the boyfriend before returning it or at least put holes in the box).

Just don’t like it? Send it back no questions asked for a full refund!
If you need to return an item then call us at 269-639-8585 or email us at email@example.com within 30 days and we will let you know what you need to do. We may even decide whether or not we need the item back, so email or call us and we will provide you with a return number to track the item and make sure we receive the correct item back for credit. We will give you a reference number for the return.

How soon will I receive my refund or exchange?
You will receive your refund or exchange within a few days, if the exchange is more than a week, we will email you. (Boyfriends may take longer)
