60cm actually 61.5 measured
The hat runs big. It says it's 60 cm but it's actually 61 and a half. I measured with a taylor's tape. I get The wedding hotwater twice and Ride in order to reduce the rim size. Now it is slightly deformed. So not too happy with it, but oh well. Also the inside of the rim finishes are not very well terminated. Rough cuts can be seen all around if you lift the rim.
