I re-ordered because I needed the ring for my husband’s birthday, but received a different ring than I had ordered. Again I tried emailing and calling your customer service, with no response. Again I returned the ring at my own expense. I am now awaiting a refund to my credit card for 2 separate rings. The rings were beautiful but based on poor customer service, I do not recommend this business.

Then I tried calling—multiple times over several days and left at least 3 messages. Still no response, so I sent the ring back at my own expense. I am awaiting a refund for the ring.
