Kirsten Fedorowicz studied abroad in Ireland in January-May 2017. She now works as a Content Writer for Biddy Murphy. When I arrived in Ireland for my study abroad tenure, I was surprised to see two languages appear on all of the street signs. Growing up in Ireland, St.Brigid’s Day was one of the best days in school! We’d spend about an hour outside, playing around in the field and picking rushes for our Brigid’s Cross (of course, the rushes would try to take the eyes out of us continuously)!
