Saint Brendan's Boat. This plaque is based on the early Christian Kilnaruane pillar stone, standing in a field over looking Bantry Bay. Depicting a curragh with helmsman and four oarsman, and it may celebrate St. Brendan's discovery of America in the 6th century.
