TERMS & CONDITIONS

All in-stock purchases will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. You will get a confirmation e-mail saying your order has been received then a follow up when it has been shipped. The tracking number will be in that e-mail and you can log into http://www.usps.com to get updates. This means a 2-3 business day delivery time which includes delivery on Saturdays. If an item is not in stock we will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with an approximate shipping date. Please make sure to add us to your address book or safe sender list to ensure you get all correspondence from us.
 
There is an option to request USPS Express Mail which will deliver to most US addresses within One (1) business day. This will depend on your proximity to an airport.
We make every effort to pack up and ship orders received before 3pm the same day. Orders received after 3pm will ship the next business day.
 
We are open 7 days a week so your order will always be received promptly.
 
If an item is not in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours via phone or e-mail. Again when you place an order on-line you should receive a confirmation e-mail. Check your junk folder to make sure the confirmation didn't end up there. Again, add us to your safe sender list or address book to make sure you are getting all updates on your order.
 
If you have any questions please call us toll free and we'll work with you to get your order shipped or drop shipped to your satisfaction.
 
Our goal is to have customers for life....Please call us before returning any product. If you ship it without being in contact with us you may incur the shipping charges as sometimes we'll just send you a replacement. We don't always need to get an item back...it's a hassle and we'll try to make the process as painless as possible! You may return an item for any reason. If there is a defect we will refund your complete costs including shipment or provide a replacement at our cost.
 
If there is no defect we will take a 15% restocking fee to cover our credit card fees for the charge and the return of funds to your account. The shipping fees will not be refunded.
